Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala, has two NEET coaching options confirmed on their own official pages: Aakash Institute near East Fort Junction and Brilliant Study Centre on the Chaldean Syrian College campus in East Fort. This guide lists only what we could confirm, and says what we could not.
Quick facts
City: Thrissur, Kerala
Exam covered: NEET UG (2027 cycle)
Institutes listed: 2, each confirmed on its own official website as of 3 November 2026
Coaching area: East Fort
NEET UG 2026 counselling: special stray round, state counselling 2 to 7 November 2026 (MCC)
How we picked this list
We included an institute only if its own website shows a NEET programme at a centre in Thrissur. Directory sites name more institutes, but without an official page we did not rank them. We kept the list to two instead of padding it to ten. If you run or know an institute that should be here, send us its official page and we will check it.
1. Aakash Institute, East Fort Junction
Aakash's Thrissur page gives the address as 2nd Floor, Avenue Tower, East Fort Junction, RC Bishop House Road, Thrissur 680001. It lists NEET classroom, crash and repeater courses, a 2-year medical programme starting in Class 11, a 1-year programme for Class 12, and foundation courses for Classes 8 to 10. The page names national NEET toppers but does not say they studied at the Thrissur centre, and it publishes no fees or centre-level results. Some schedule dates on the page are from 2022, so confirm current batches with the centre.
2. Brilliant Study Centre, East Fort
Brilliant's Thrissur campus page gives the address as Chaldean Syrian College, East Fort, Thrissur 680006. It lists one-year and two-year long-term programmes, a repeaters batch, a two-year integrated programme for Class 10 pass-outs, the Brilliant Test Series, crash courses and a foundation programme. The institute says it has operated since 1984. The page gives no fee amounts or rank figures for Thrissur and asks you to contact the branch office for fees.
What we left out, and why
We did not list other Thrissur NEET centres that appear on directory sites, because we found no current official page confirming a NEET batch for them. We will add them once we can verify them.
How to choose
Both institutes are in East Fort, so location will not separate them; batch size, faculty, test series and the quality of doubt-clearing will. Brilliant lists a standalone test series and a bridge into repeater and integrated batches, while Aakash lists a wider spread from foundation to repeater courses. Sit in a demo class at each, ask for results from this centre and not from the brand statewide, and get fees in writing, since neither publishes them.
See every verified listing in the city on our Thrissur coaching page. Counselling for the current NEET cycle is still on, so read our 3 November counselling update if you are a 2026 candidate.
