Judex Tutorials is a Patna-based coaching institute dedicated entirely to Bihar's judicial services examinations — the Bihar Civil Judge (Junior Division) exam and the Bihar APO (Assistant Prosecution Officer) exam — rather than a general law-entrance syllabus. Founded in 2018 by Sudhakar Mishra, it runs from Dadijee Lane in Anandpuri and teaches through a hybrid model: offline classroom batches in Patna plus recorded lectures and live sessions on its own JUDEX app for students across Bihar. Its programme emphasises bare Act discipline, case-law application and evaluated answer writing across all three stages — Prelims, Mains and Interview — updated for the newer BNS, BNSS and BSA codes. The institute reports 51 selections in the 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Examination, including ranks 2, 8 and 29, on top of 31 selections the previous year and 34 APO selections, with small batches of 15–20 students kept deliberately to preserve individual attention.
