NEET Coaching in Delhi: Fees, GST and a Quote Sheet to Use
NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) coaching in Delhi is published at ₹80,000 to ₹2,00,000 on one list, and course lengths differ, so get a written quote showing tax from every centre.
Updated 25 Oct 2026

Key takeaways
- As of October 2026, published one-year Delhi NEET fees mostly fall between ₹1,00,000 and ₹1,50,000 and two-year courses cost ₹2,00,000 or more, but fees are quoted for different course lengths and some lists mislabel institutes. Treat every published figure as a starting point and ask for a written quote.
- Ask whether the quoted fee includes 18% GST. Allen's own Delhi course page states its totals include it (as of October 2026), so confirm the same for every other centre.
- Get the refund rule, batch size, named teachers and the building's fire safety certificate in writing before you pay.
- Delhi's government began drafting a coaching policy covering fee regulation and building safety in June 2026, so ask each centre for its fire safety certificate before you pay.

The figure ₹1,36,526 appears in two published lists of Delhi NEET fees: one dated 19 March 2025, and GeeksforGeeks'. Both give it as Aakash's fee in their main text. GeeksforGeeks' summary table, though, shows it as the lowest price in Allen's range, so a parent skimming that table could not tell which institute the number belongs to.
That is the real difficulty in choosing a centre from a search page. Most results are the centres themselves or lists of centres. The price you read is rarely the price on the receipt. It may or may not include Goods and Services Tax (GST), it may cover one year or two, and it may leave out material, tests and hostel.
This page gives you a quote sheet to take to each centre, the written answers that settle refunds and building safety, and a worked example of how GST changes a comparison. Then it shows where to compare centres for free.
How much does NEET coaching in Delhi cost, and why do published fees vary?
As of October 2026, published Delhi NEET fees for one-year courses mostly fall between ₹1,00,000 and ₹1,50,000, with two-year courses at ₹2,00,000 or more. Those figures come from a published list dated 19 March 2025, where the median of the eight fees other than a two-year course is ₹1,13,100. Course length, GST and extras change what you pay, so a list figure is a starting point.
Here are all nine fees on the list of 19 March 2025, beside the fees in the body text of GeeksforGeeks' list, updated 7 March 2026, in rupees:
| Institute | List of 19 March 2025 | GeeksforGeeks body text |
|---|---|---|
| Aakash | 1,36,526 | 1,36,526 one-year; 3,33,350 two-year integrated |
| YVS Institute | 2,00,000 (two years) | 2,00,000 (two years) |
| Kelvin Institute | 1,00,000 (one year) | |
| The Guidance Classes | 1,40,000 (one year) | |
| Margshree Classes | 80,000 (one year) | |
| Topper's Academy | 1,20,000 (one year) | 1,10,000 dropper; 1,50,000 Class 11 and 12 |
| Narayana | 1,42,000 | 1,42,000 |
| Prerna Education | 1,06,200 | 1,06,200 dropper; 1,29,800 one-year; 2,24,200 two-year |
| Amity Institute | 90,000 | |
| Total of the nine fees on the 2025 list | 11,14,726 |
A dropper batch is a one-year course for students who have finished Class 12. GeeksforGeeks' summary table gives wider ranges: Aakash ₹1,50,000 to ₹2,50,000 a year, Narayana ₹1,20,000 to ₹2,00,000, Prerna ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,00,000, YVS ₹80,000 to ₹1,20,000 and Topper's ₹60,000 to ₹1,50,000. It also gives Allen ₹1,36,526 to ₹3,33,350 a year, which reuses Aakash's two figures. Our reading is that the summary table mislabels institutes and course lengths, since the body text gives the same point fees as the March 2025 list.
Our arithmetic on the nine fees on the March 2025 list, worked out in October 2026:
- The lowest is ₹80,000 and the highest is ₹2,00,000, so the highest is 2.5 times the lowest.
- The median (the middle value when sorted) is ₹1,20,000, and the mean is about ₹1,23,900 (₹11,14,726 divided by 9).
- YVS's ₹2,00,000 is for two years. Without it, the other eight run from ₹80,000 to ₹1,42,000, with a median of about ₹1,13,100.
Treat these as a snapshot of one list, not a market price. Prerna's page gives an approximate ₹2,25,000 average without saying the course length; its two-year course is listed at ₹2,24,200 and its dropper batch at ₹1,06,200 on the GeeksforGeeks list. For national comparisons, see our NEET coaching fees guide.
Does a Delhi NEET fee include GST, and how do you check?
A Delhi NEET fee may include 18% GST or may not, and you can only tell by asking. Allen's Delhi page for its two-year course for students moving from Class 10 to 11 says its totals are inclusive of GST at 18% as of October 2026, and it offers a lump sum or three instalments by post-dated cheque. Ask the same of every other centre, including whether the ₹1,36,526 listed for Aakash includes GST.
Here is why it matters, with hypothetical round numbers. Suppose centre A quotes ₹1,00,000 plus GST and centre B quotes ₹1,15,000 including GST. Centre A costs ₹1,18,000 in total (₹1,00,000 × 1.18), so centre B is cheaper by ₹3,000, though it looks dearer. Always compare totals with GST shown.

What should a written fee quote from a Delhi NEET centre say before you pay?
A good quote names the exact batch and branch, lists every charge with GST shown, and states the refund rule, batch size and teachers. Ask each centre to write these down, or fill in the sheet with a counsellor and ask for a copy. Copy this table and fill in the last column for each centre.
| Item | Pass | Fail | Centre's written answer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Batch, branch and start date | Course, class, branch address and start date named | One "NEET fee" with no course length | |
| Every charge and GST | One line each for course fee, GST, registration, material, test series (timed mock papers), hostel and instalment charges | Any line left as "extra, as applicable" | |
| Refund rule | Deduction, last date and return timing stated | "As per policy" | |
| Batch size and teachers | Number of students and named Physics, Chemistry and Biology teachers | "Experienced faculty" | |
| Fire safety certificate | Certificate for your address shown, with your classroom's floor | "It is with head office" |
Does the quote name the exact batch and branch?
Pass: the quote names the course (for example one-year dropper or two-year), the class it is for, the branch address and the start date. Fail: a single "NEET fee" with no course length. Fees differ by centre, and the same institute runs several branches. Allen's Delhi page for that course lists centres including Kalu Sarai, Lajpat Nagar, Janakpuri, Dwarka and Preet Vihar, and Prerna lists South Extension Part 1 and Saket.
Is every charge listed, with GST shown?
Pass: you can add up one line each for course fee, GST, registration, study material, test series (timed mock papers), hostel and instalment charges. Fail: any line left as "extra, as applicable". Your real cost is the quoted fee plus those lines plus travel. Our NEET test series guide shows how to judge the cost per test.
Is the refund rule written down?
Pass: the quote states the cancellation deduction, the last date it applies and when money returns. Fail: "as per policy". The Ministry of Education's January 2024 guidelines, issued to states and coaching centres rather than as a Delhi rule, say a student leaving mid-course should get a pro-rata refund within 10 days, including hostel and mess fees. Pro-rata means in proportion to the unused time. Delhi's own coaching policy was still being drafted in June 2026, so do not assume the 10 days binds every centre.
An illustration of our own: on a hypothetical ₹1,20,000 one-year fee, leaving after 3 months leaves 9 months unused, so a pro-rata refund is ₹1,20,000 × 9 ÷ 12 = ₹90,000. Ask which rule the centre follows and whether GST comes back in proportion. Our guide on getting refund terms in writing covers the questions in more detail.
Are batch size and teachers written down?
Pass: the quote gives the number of students in your batch and names who teaches Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Fail: "experienced faculty". A rank list on an advert is different. The Ministry guidelines bar guaranteeing ranks or marks, and the Central Consumer Protection Authority's November 2024 guidelines require coaching centres to disclose relevant information about their students and courses. Ask which course a topper took and for how long.
Is the building safe to attend?
Pass: you are shown a fire safety certificate for the address you will attend and told which floor your classroom is on. Fail: "it is with head office". Delhi's government began drafting a coaching policy covering fee regulation, building and fire safety in June 2026, after the July 2024 Old Rajinder Nagar basement flooding in which three civil services aspirants died.
Later that month the Chief Minister gave coaching centres one month to meet fire audit and building rules, with inspections directed at Mukherjee Nagar, Rajender Nagar and Katwaria Sarai. That one-month deadline ended in late July 2026. We would ask for the certificate at every centre and avoid classrooms in basements.
Which part of Delhi should you choose for NEET coaching?
Choose the centre and batch first, then the area. Our advice is to visit at class timing, check the commute for a full week, and only then book a room. A low-rent room far from class costs hours of travel each day, which matters over a year of study.
The centres on the pages above sit in these places: Prerna in South Extension Part 1 and Saket, Allen at Kalu Sarai, Lajpat Nagar, Janakpuri, Dwarka and Preet Vihar for its Class 10 to 11 course, and YVS at Shakarpur in East Delhi, as the March 2025 list places it. If you are moving from another state, shortlist two or three centres and compare their written quotes before you look at any accommodation.

Is there free NEET coaching in Delhi?
A free route for Delhi government school students is the Dakshana one-year scholarship, promoted through a Delhi Directorate of Education circular in August 2026. It gives free coaching, accommodation and meals at a residential campus in Maharashtra, not in Delhi.
As circulated in August 2026, it is for students in Class 12 science with family income below ₹3 lakh a year who meet Class 10 maths and science cut-offs, which vary by category. As of October 2026, the Joint Dakshana Selection Test 2027 is tentatively scheduled for December 2026. The scheme is for students currently in Class 12, so dropper students do not qualify. Students are selected by test and interview. Ask your school for the current circular, since dates and eligibility change each year. Other students should expect to pay.
Where can you compare NEET coaching in Delhi before you enquire?
You can compare coaching institutes on our directory by exam, city, study mode and verification status, and it is free for students. We do not teach courses or take course payments, so the fee quote always comes from the centre.
Our profiles can show courses, location, establishment year, ratings and reviews, with the Google rating shown separately. Reviews from third-party sources are listed separately from the ones collected on our platform, and listings that are paid promotions are labelled as promoted. A Verified badge means the institute shared its details and we verified them, so it confirms listing details, not results.
To start, open the Delhi coaching institutes page, send an enquiry or callback request to the centres you shortlist, and use the quote table above to confirm fees, batches, faculty, duration and refund terms with each one.
