IAS Hub Prayagraj: What to Get in Writing Before You Enquire

IAS Hub Prayagraj, meaning theIAShub's new Prayagraj centre, publishes fees and inclusions, but the exit terms, faculty and batch details need to come from the centre in writing before any payment.

Updated 1 Nov 2026

A young woman at a wooden table by a window reads a printed course brochure with a pen and a blank notepad beside her.

Key takeaways

  • Treat IAS Hub Prayagraj as a purchase to document: as of 1 November 2026 its offline Prayagraj combos for the 2027 UPPCS foundation course are listed at ₹41,300 to ₹58,410. Before paying, get the fee, the exit terms, the faculty and the batch size in writing, and confirm that your combo includes the items the listing names for it.
  • The offline combos cost ₹16,301 to ₹33,411 more than the ₹24,999 online Premium batch, but the bundles differ. The listing shows what each step up adds, and Premium carries 30 prelims tests that Combos 1 and 2 do not list.
  • A listing profile confirms only what an institute or public sources have supplied, and a Verified badge is not a guarantee of results.
  • Ask which centre any result, teacher or testimonial belongs to, because theIAShub lists Delhi and Bhopal centres alongside Prayagraj.

The name theIAShub already sits on centres in Delhi and Bhopal, and its homepage now carries a "Now in Prayagraj" banner. So the first question is not whether theIAShub is good. It is which of its rooms, teachers and terms you would be paying for.

The institute's own site and channels are the right place to read a fee list. They are a poor place to learn how you exit a batch, who teaches in the Prayagraj classroom, or what the quoted fee leaves out.

This page gives the published Prayagraj fees as of 1 November 2026. It also gives a worked comparison of the offline combos against the online batches. And it gives a ten-item sheet to fill in with the centre before you pay, with a pass and a fail for each line.

As of November 2026 we publish a Prayagraj institute directory, and theIAShub is not in it. Treat what follows as a checklist, not a verdict.

What does IAS Hub Prayagraj charge for the 2027 UPPCS foundation course?

As of 1 November 2026, theIAShub's UPPSC Foundation 2027–28 page lists four offline Prayagraj combos at ₹41,300, ₹46,610, ₹52,510 and ₹58,410. It lists two online batches at ₹14,999 (Lite) and ₹24,999 (Premium). UPPCS is the Uttar Pradesh Provincial Civil Services exam. The page sells the Sankalp Foundation 2027 course (listed as UPPSC Foundation 2027–28).

The table below adds what each option lists, from that page, and two columns we worked out. The gap is each fee minus the ₹24,999 online Premium fee. The per-hour figure is each fee divided by 1,200 hours.

Option (2027–28 cycle)Published feeWhat it addsGap to online PremiumFee per hour at 1,200 hours
Online Lite₹14,999Lectures only; no daily MCQs, tests or mentorship listed−₹10,000₹12.50
Online Premium₹24,999Daily MCQs, daily answer writing practice with audio evaluation, UP-PCS Prelims crash course, 30 prelims tests, Interview Mentorship Program–₹20.83
Prayagraj offline Combo 1₹41,300Base: daily MCQs, daily answer writing practice, Interview Mentorship Program+₹16,301₹34.42
Prayagraj offline Combo 2₹46,610+ 50 CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) classes+₹21,611₹38.84
Prayagraj offline Combo 3 (Hindi listing)₹52,510+ UP-PCS Prelims crash course, 30 prelims tests and 30 mains tests+₹27,511₹43.76
Prayagraj offline Combo 4₹58,410+ 15+ essay-writing classes+₹33,411₹48.68

Fees are from theIAShub's own foundation page and course catalogue. The "What it adds" column is from the foundation page. The gap and per-hour columns are our model, not theIAShub's figures. The foundation page states 1,200+ hours for every combo and both online batches. We divided each published fee by 1,200 (our model; the true taught hours may be higher or lower). The per-hour column does not account for the extras in the "What it adds" column, so use it only to compare like with like.

The steps between combos are ₹5,310 (Combo 1 to 2), ₹5,900 (2 to 3) and ₹5,900 (3 to 4). That makes ₹17,110 from the cheapest offline combo to the dearest.

One price needs confirming before you rely on it. The Hindi Combo 3 reads ₹52,510. The English Combo 3 appears at ₹46,610 on one listing, the same as Combo 2. Ask the centre which figure applies to the combo and language you want.

Is the offline Prayagraj combo worth ₹16,301 more than the online batch?

It is worth it only if you will use the classroom and the combo's extras. Combo 1 costs ₹16,301 more than online Premium (₹41,300 minus ₹24,999), and Combo 4 costs ₹33,411 more. That difference is a decision about a seat in the room and about which extras you want.

We would settle three things before comparing the per-hour column at all:

  • Contents. Confirm in writing that your combo includes the items the foundation page lists for it. The ₹16,301 gap between Combo 1 and online Premium compares different bundles: Premium lists a crash course and 30 prelims tests that Combos 1 and 2 do not, while Combo 1 puts you in the classroom.
  • Hours. Ask how many hours of the course are taught live in the Prayagraj classroom, and whether any come from elsewhere. If the real figure is lower than 1,200, every per-hour number in the table rises.
  • Cost of attending. If you live outside Prayagraj, rent and travel can outweigh the fee gap. Our online versus offline coaching cost calculator lets you add them before you decide.
A young man at a desk looks between an open laptop on one side and a stack of printed booklets on the other.
The extra money buys a seat in a room and printed extras, so it helps to decide which of the two you will actually use.

Why does it matter which theIAShub centre a result or teacher belongs to?

It matters because the name is shared. theIAShub lists Old Rajinder Nagar and Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi and a centre in Bhopal beside the "Now in Prayagraj" banner on its homepage. A topper photograph or a famous teacher on the posters may belong to a different room from the one you would sit in. That is our inference from the list of centres, and a question to put to the centre, not an accusation.

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), part of the Department of Consumer Affairs, gives you the vocabulary. Its Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisement in Coaching Sector, 2024, notified on 13 November 2024, say that:

  • Clause 3(a) treats false claims about the course, its duration, faculty credentials, the fee and the "course exit policy including fee-refund" as misleading.
  • Clauses 3(b) and 3(c) cover false claims about the number of selections, rank or success rate, and any guarantee of selection.
  • Clause 3(e) covers a false sense of urgency or scarcity.
  • Clause 4(1)(a) requires an advertisement to disclose the rank secured, the name and duration of the course, and whether it was paid.
  • Clause 4(2) bars using a successful candidate's name, photograph, testimonial or video without written consent taken after selection.

Under clause 1(3) the guidelines apply to all advertisements by anyone engaged in coaching, including endorsers. Clause 2(1)(d) defines a coaching centre as one providing coaching to more than fifty students. They are rules for advertisers, so a student's practical use of them is to ask the same questions. Seat limits are common, so ask for the number of seats and how many remain.

A young woman stands on a lane between two similar coaching buildings, looking up at one of them.
Two centres can look alike from the street, so a result or teacher seen on one wall may belong to the other.

What can a listing profile confirm, and what can it not?

A listing profile on our directory confirms only what the institute or public sources have supplied, and a Verified badge means the institute has confirmed its listing details, not that its results are guaranteed. Our glossary entry on Verified coaching institutes explains the difference.

When an institute has not confirmed its listing, its profile says the details come from public sources and it carries no Verified badge.

As of November 2026 we hold no profile for theIAShub, so we cannot show a Verified badge, a rating or a review for it. We publish this page, and theIAShub is not among the institutes in our Prayagraj directory. No profile of any kind, ours or anyone else's, can tell you the exit terms in your own admission paperwork. Only the centre can.

What should you get in writing from theIAShub Prayagraj before you pay?

Get ten items in writing, from the centre, before you pay: the batch, the all-in fee, the combo contents, the hours, the faculty, the seats, a demo class, the exit terms, the basis of any result claim, and the payment route. Each row below is a test with a pass and a fail.

#Ask forPassFail
1Exact course name, language, start date and timingsAll four on one document, matching the listing (for example "2027 UPPCS Sankalp Foundation English B1, Combo 2 - Prayagraj", where B1 is the listing's batch code)Only "foundation batch" or a verbal start date
2Total fee including GST (Goods and Services Tax), registration, material, tests and instalment datesOne total, with tax and each instalment date shown"Taxes extra" without an amount, or a fee that differs from the listing without explanation

10Which number handles admissions, and a receipt for each paymentA receipt with the institute's name and amountCash with no receipt

The website lists +91 95600-82909, so ask whether that number handles Prayagraj admissions and keep messages in writing. Our guide to getting coaching refund terms in writing covers row 8 in more detail.

What hours figure counts as a pass?

A pass is a written number of hours taught live in the Prayagraj classroom, plus the number, if any, streamed or recorded from elsewhere, which together add up to the 1,200+ hours the listing names. A fail is "1,200+ hours" repeated with no split, or a lower figure than the listing with no explanation and no lower fee.

What refund schedule counts as a pass?

A pass is a written schedule that states, for each period after admission, the percentage or rupee amount refunded. It must also say what happens if the batch is postponed or merged, and whether the fee can change mid-course. You should be able to calculate your refund for any leaving date from it. A fail is "as per policy", a schedule given only by phone, or one that is silent on postponement. The CCPA names the course exit policy, including fee refund, as something a coaching centre must not misrepresent (clause 3(a)).

What answers to a result claim count as a pass?

A pass is an answer to all four questions for each selection figure: which centre, which course the student enrolled in, for how long, and whether it was paid. This follows clause 4(1)(a) of the CCPA guidelines. It also needs the candidate's written consent to the use of their name or photograph (clause 4(2)). A fail is a refusal, or Delhi results used to sell a Prayagraj batch.

A message you can send, with the brackets filled in:

Hello, I am considering the [course name, language, combo] at your Prayagraj centre. Before I decide, please send in writing: the start date and timings; the total fee including GST and instalment dates; what my combo includes, line by line; the classroom hours taught in Prayagraj; the teachers by subject; total and remaining seats; when I can attend a demo class; your refund schedule by day, and whether the fee can change during the course; and, for any result you quote, the centre and course the student enrolled in. Please also confirm which number handles admissions.

If the answer to rows 3, 8 or 9 does not arrive in writing, our advice is to hold off paying. Neither a verbal answer nor a poster can be relied on after you have paid.

Where can you compare Prayagraj IAS and PCS coaching before you decide?

You can compare Prayagraj institutes in our directory at no cost, by exam, study mode and "Verified only", and then request a callback from the ones you shortlist. We do not take course payments: you pay the institute directly, which is why the written-terms habit above applies to every institute you consider.

Start with our Prayagraj IAS coaching comparison. Then use the Prayagraj coaching directory to filter by classroom or online mode, send an enquiry or callback request, and put the same ten questions to each shortlisted institute. Students pay us nothing to browse, compare or enquire, and our privacy policy says contact details go only to the institute you enquire about.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. theIAShub's homepage carries a "Now in Prayagraj" banner and lists Old Rajinder Nagar and Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi and Bhopal as its other centres. Ask the centre for the Prayagraj address and timings in writing before you visit or pay.
As of 1 November 2026, offline Prayagraj Sankalp Foundation 2027 combos are listed at ₹41,300, ₹46,610, ₹52,510 and ₹58,410. The online batches are ₹14,999 and ₹24,999. Confirm GST and the Combo 3 price, per theIAShub's foundation page.
Both. theIAShub's foundation page lists online batches at ₹14,999 and ₹24,999 and offline Prayagraj combos at ₹41,300 to ₹58,410. Choose by whether you will attend the classroom, and add rent and travel to the offline fee before deciding.
Nothing published here rates it. Before paying, attend a demo class of your batch and get the fee, inclusions, hours, faculty, seats and refund schedule in writing, then judge the centre on what you saw and what it put on paper.
That depends on the written terms the centre gives you, so ask for the refund schedule by day before paying. The 2024 CCPA guidelines treat false claims about a course's exit policy, including fee refund, as misleading, so get the schedule on paper.
