CATKing Educare is a Mumbai-based MBA coaching institute founded by Sumit Singh Gandhi, an SPJIMR Mumbai PGDM graduate with a B.Tech from NIT Karnataka and executive education from Harvard. Unusually for the industry, CATKing runs no franchisees — the founder personally teaches the VARC live classes, and the faculty is drawn from IIM, SP Jain, NMIMS, JBIMS and NIT alumni. It offers classroom programs in Mumbai and live online courses nationally, covering CAT, MH-CET, GMAT and GRE. Students often choose CATKing for its mentorship-heavy style and strong focus on Maharashtra B-schools alongside the IIMs.
