Career Launcher was founded in 1995 by Satya Narayanan R, an IIM Bangalore alumnus, and has grown into one of India's largest test-prep companies. It runs over 200 learning centres across India along with international centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and offers classroom, hybrid and online programs. While CAT and MBA entrance preparation remain its flagship, Career Launcher also coaches for CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, GRE, GMAT and civil services. The company employs a large full-time faculty and is known for its mentor-led approach, where students are paired with mentors rather than left to self-study alone.
